Welcome to GeoProCam. By using our mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service
GeoProCam is a professional engineering tool designed to support field surveys, network construction, and technical inspections through geolocation data, photography, and cloud synchronization. The app is provided „as is” for professional users.
2. Disclaimer of Professional Accuracy
Not a Substitute for Certified Surveying: GeoProCam utilizes the mobile device’s internal GPS and sensors. Users acknowledge that mobile GPS accuracy is subject to environmental factors (e.g., satellite visibility, weather, urban canyons) and device quality. This application is NOT a substitute for legal-grade or certified land surveying instruments. KidoLogic shall not be held liable for engineering decisions based on data inaccuracies provided by the device sensors.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
GeoProCam operates on a freemium model. Certain features (e.g., unlimited projects, cloud sync, custom branding) require a PRO subscription.
- Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management and cancellation of subscriptions must be performed through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they input or import (e.g., KML/Excel files). Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to upload data to their respective cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive).
5. Intellectual Property
All software logic, designs, and branding of GeoProCam are the exclusive property of KidoLogic. Users are granted a non-transferable license to use the app for professional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KidoLogic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
